Lay it down before the cold sets in and leave it out for the winter: the mat is made to live outside, and its textured surface grips under boots. Keep the plug and the connection out of standing water, and roll the mat up dry at the end of the season.

When do I get my parcel?

What name will appear on my bank statement?
dockavio.com (some banks write DOCKAVIO), because Dockavio is the shop selling this product. It's a single payment. If you accept an extra item after checkout, that item shows as its own payment on the same day. We have no subscriptions and we never charge a card later.
What if I need to cancel or fix my address?
Both are free until the parcel ships. Contact us and quote your order number. Already shipped? You can return the product within 30 days of delivery.
